Tuition Rates

All the programs will start on January 5, 2025, unless otherwise notified.
Heritage Language Class Tuition Rate: $270 for Spring 2025 for the first child. Each additional child will receive a 10% discount on the tuition.
BCS Membership Fee: $30 for a single child; $40 for a family (per academic year; those who paid this fee in Fall 2024 don’t need to pay again for this semester).
Textbook Cost: $60 for the MaliPing Chinese textbook (those who paid this fee in Fall 2024 don’t need to pay again this semester).
I-Chinese-Reader fee: $35 (original price: $80) for the whole year from October 2024 to October 2025. BCS has already paid each student’s fee for the whole year from October 2024 to October 2025. (those who paid this fee in Fall 2024 don’t need to pay again this semester).
School Supply Fee: $10 for Spring 2025.
Shipping Fee (only applies to students who need the materials to be mailed): $10.
For all math (AMC) classes, the paid tuition can be fully refunded upon request if the registration is canceled before the second class; half of the paid tuition can be refunded upon request if the registration is canceled before the fifth class; there will be no refund on the paid tuition and fees after the fifth class.
BCS will register the students enrolled in the AMC 8 class for the AMC 8 Competition occurring in January 2025 for free.
BCS will register the students enrolled in the AMC 10 class for one of the AMC 10 Competitions (either AMC 10A or AMC 10B) occurring in November 2025 for free.
Except for the above two scenarios, a $25 administration fee will be charged for each AMC competition registration (including students who are not enrolled in the AMC 8/10 classes offered by BCS, students who are enrolled in the AMC 8 class but want to register for the AMC 10 competitions, and students who are enrolled in the AMC 10 class but want to register for the AMC 8 competition and/or more than one AMC 10 competition).
