BCS Student Helpers — Ages 14+
We are excited to give our older students an opportunity to help younger children while developing valuable leadership skills and earning some money.
Qualified students 14 years old and older may apply to become BCS Student Helpers.
Job duties may include helping with:
- Homework and reading
- Chinese homework
- Games and activities
- Arts & crafts
- Baking activities
- Classroom organization
- Clean-up
- Helping younger students stay on task
💰 Paid Student Helper Position
Qualified teen helpers will be paid based on their responsibilities and hours worked, in accordance with BCS policies and applicable labor requirements.
Student helpers will work under the supervision of adult BCS staff and do not replace adult supervision.

| 4:00–4:45 | 🎲 Games / Outdoor Play / Free Choice |
| 4:45–5:00 | Clean-up & Pick-up |
